With over 25 years of experience in diverse sectors—from startups to large multinationals—Emily has shifted from senior operational HR roles to her passion for empowering leaders and teams to be more human.

Her global background informs her direct yet empathetic approach. As a neurodivergent individual, she designs and coaches inclusive spaces and experiences tailored to all learners and clients' unique needs.

She is dedicated to continuous growth and continually pursues her own development and growth, starting with her psychology degree, postgraduate HR qualification, and formal coaching credentials.

Emily is a sought-after coach, facilitator, advisor, mentor and speaker, particularly in the startup ecosystem, while delivering proven impact in some renowned corporate environments. When not working, she’s a sports Mum (but not the annoying kind) and can be found volunteering for various social causes. Her furry co-worker (of the canine variety) often joins her in the office.
